Her military service and years spent living overseas in Central America shaped her into an adaptable and resourceful leader who brings steady energy to even the busiest days. Jana believes deeply in faith, family, and showing up with integrity.
Outside of work, she can be found in the bleachers, cheering on her kids at their numerous Nederland sports events. She enjoys staying active in her church and leading women’s small groups. She is known for her big heart, strong sense of organization, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on her team and community.
